A Taste of Rob…
I’ve lived in Corvallis for about 7 years. I have a beautiful wife Elissa and two precious little girls. I love being a youth pastor and walking alongside students as they grow in their relationship with their Creator.

What do you like most about Grant Avenue?
I like that we are a church family that loves God, loves each other and shows love to those who do not know Jesus yet. I also love that we are striving to do a better job at all of these.

How did you become a Christian?
When I was about 7 years old God opened my eyes to my need for Him through my Sunday School teacher at our church.

David Crowder Band, Toby Mac, Switchfoot, Mat Kearney, maybe some Jack Johnson or Norah Jones when I’m feeling mellow

Favorite Food…
BBQ’d sweet potatoes with a nice juicy burger on the side

Most powerful book ever read besides the Bible, why…
Crazy Love by Francis Chan. It really opened my eyes to the big difference in what Jesus requires from His followers and what we have come to accept from christians today. Good book!
