Greeters

Welcome people as they arrive at church, help guests find the appropriate Sunday School class , extended session, or direct them to the auditorium for the worship service.

Welcome Table

Greet first-time guests at the Welcome Table in the church foyer following the worship service , give them a gift bag, answer questions and collect their communication card.

Sunday Morning Fellowship

One volunteer is needed to be in charge of the fellowship time between the two Sunday morning worship services each week/once a month; other volunteers are needed to help set up for the fellowship time, provide snacks, help serve refreshments and drinks and to clean up afterwards.

Ushers

Greet people as they enter the auditorium for worship, pass out bulletins, help people find a seat, take up the offering.

Guest Follow-Up

Write a short note to first–time guests to thank them for coming and to welcome them back; send a gift card (provided by church) and a short note to second-time guests.

Special Events

Help plan and organize special fellowship activities during the year such as the annual church picnic, Super Bowl party, etc.
